Assistant Project Manager – Construction / Field Operations (Future Director of Operations Track)

All Sport Netting is a fast-growing company that designs, supplies, and installs custom sports netting systems for sports facilities, golf ranges, schools, and training centers across the United States. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to grow with a small but rapidly expanding company.

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager who will work directly with the owner to help coordinate installation projects and support day-to-day field operations. This role is designed as a training and development path into a future Director of Operations position for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction or field operations background who wants to take on increasing responsibility and help build a growing business.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating installation projects
• Communicate with installation crews, subcontractors, and customers
• Help manage materials, deliveries, and job site logistics
• Visit job sites and assist with project oversight when needed
• Track project progress and maintain job documentation
• Support the owner in improving operational processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Construction, project management, or field operations experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Comfortable communicating with contractors, crews, and clients
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities
• Must be local to Huntington, NY and available to visit job sites as needed
