Mission

The Administrative Accounting Technician plays a key role in ensuring the financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance of the school. This position supports the school’s strategic objectives by managing financial processes, administrative operations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, payments, and collections
  • Handle invoicing processes and tax filings in compliance with local regulations
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and support payroll processes
  • Coordinate with external advisors regarding contracts, legal matters, and compliance
  • Oversee employee and student insurance administration
  • Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate school transport logistics
  • Organize student and faculty trips, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting in accordance with internal policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level or higher in both languages)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative/accounting role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and xcfaprz IT systems
  • Experience with Navision and Alexia (preferred)
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
