Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners, inspect properties for storm or weather-related damage, assist with insurance claim processes, and help customers replace or repair their roofs. Our company specializes in roofing, gutter systems, and general contracting services, giving you multiple opportunities to provide solutions and maximize your earnings. Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking * Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify storm or weather damage * Educate homeowners on roofing systems, gutters, and exterior repair solutions * Assist customers with the insurance claim process when damage is identified * Present repair or replacement solutions and close sales * Coordinate with Subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion * Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the process * Track leads, inspections, and sales activity in company CRM
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Ability to work independently and manage your schedule * Comfortable with outdoor work and door-to-door prospecting * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
