**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Senior Inventory Manager, the Production Dispatcher, you will coordinate and execute the timely flow of materials, subassemblies, and completed assemblies throughout the production process
**As a Production Dispatcher, your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):**
+ Read work orders or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
+ Ensure that production operations has the necessary orders, parts, etc. to keep production moving efficiently throughout the production process
+ Maintenance of dispatch lists
+ Monitor movement of kits from the stockroom to work cells and between work cells
+ Effectively understand, communicate, and manage resolution of material and production issues that may jeopardize attainment of customer delivery or production plan objectives

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
+ Self-motivated (works independently)
+ Works effectively with teams and facilitates interaction
+ Maintains positive working relationships with other team members
+ Highly effective organization and planning skills
+ Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize and meet work schedules
+ Ability to manage multiple assignments
+ Maintain forklift certification
+ Highschool diploma or GED
+ Good understanding of MRP systems
+ Effective computer skills including Excel and Word
