Join a well-established private practice team in
Acton, Chelmsford, or Framingham . Each group has its own physician leadership and operational structure supported by a strong referral base and modern facilities. Each offers a balanced schedule, robust clinical resources, and a clear path to partnership with no required buy-in. Compensation & Benefits: Updated Starting Base Salary:
$500,000 – $550,000 guarantee per year + additional RVU-based incentive structure Updated Partnership Compensation:
over $750,000 Clear path to ASC Ownership and additional income stream Signing Bonus Relocation Assistance and additional onboarding bonuses available Fellowship stipend available for PGY5 & PGY6 GI Fellows Company-paid Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage CME allowance Transition Bonus: upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician 401(k) with profit sharing Medical, Dental, Vision, and FSA options Short- and Long-term disability Paid holidays, Paid time off
