We are seeking a highly experienced and trustworthy Virtual Assistant with a focus on Social Media & Influencer/ Community Management to support and elevate our brand's online presence. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who understands the fast-paced nature of digital communities and can confidently manage both communication and backend processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain daily activity across all social media platforms
-Respond promptly and professionally to comments, DMs, and community inquiries
-Conduct influencer outreach, relationship nurturing, and onboarding
-Track and input campaign data, influencer details, and performance metrics
-Assist with data organisation, reporting, and administrative input tasks
Ideal Candidate:
-Proven experience in social media management and community/influencer engagement
-Strong background in influencer outreach and partnership coordination
-Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of tone and brand voice
-Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive data with discretion
-Experienced with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms
-Highly organised, responsive, and able to work independently
-Strategic thinker with a passion for digital trends and online communities
This role requires someone dependable and experienced who can be trusted to represent our brand professionally while managing both creative and operational responsibilities. If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about growing online communities, we would love to hear from you.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
