French Virtual Assistant for E-commerce Business

Über
You will play a key role in our daily operations and become the central coordination point between our founders and our customer support team.
Your main responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for after-sales support (handling complex cases, supervising outsourced customer service agents, and ensuring quality standards)
• Publish and optimize product pages (Shopify)
• Write engaging blog articles in French (SEO-oriented)
• Execute email marketing campaigns (based on strategy provided)
• Handle various operational and administrative tasks to support business growth
What we're looking for:
• Native or fluent French (written and spoken)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Autonomous and solution-driven
• Comfortable with e-commerce tools (Shopify experience is a big plus)
We are not just looking for a task executor, but for someone who wants to grow with the brand and take ownership of their role.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
