Optimize & Fully Secure My AWS-Hosted Molt Bot (OpenAI) + for Content Creation & Distribution

The bot currently generates text, but it needs to be optimized for speed, cost-efficiency, and especially security, then documented so I (and my team) can safely use it every day to create and distribute professional content for the clinic and my digital products (e.g., online posture courses, spinal-health e-books, adjustment guides, etc.).
Scope of Work
Security Hardening (MUST be the top priority)
Move OpenAI tokens out of code/environment variables → use AWS Secrets Manager + rotation
Apply least-privilege IAM roles and policies
Add proper logging, monitoring, and alerts (CloudWatch)
Protect against prompt injection, abuse, and unauthorized access
Enable encryption at rest and in transit
Make the bot HIPAA-friendly where possible (no storage of patient data)
Optimization
Reduce OpenAI token consumption (caching, smarter prompt templates, function calling where helpful)
Improve response speed and reliability
Add rate limiting and cost-guardrails
Make the architecture cleaner and easier to maintain (Lambda + API Gateway or your recommended stack)
Content Creation & Distribution Features
Enhance or add simple commands/workflows so the bot can:
Generate SEO-friendly blog posts, Instagram/Facebook/TikTok captions, email newsletters, YouTube scripts, and lead-magnet PDFs
Tailor content to chiropractic topics (headaches, sciatica, posture, sports injuries, prenatal care, etc.) and promote digital products
Output in ready-to-post format (with hashtags, calls-to-action, disclaimers)
Optionally connect to distribution tools (AWS SES for email, Buffer/Hootsuite API, WordPress, etc.) – I'm open to your best recommendation

Fully optimized and secured Molt Bot running on AWS
Clean, commented code/repository
Step-by-step User Guide (Google Doc or Notion page) with screenshots that includes:
• How to trigger the bot (web interface, Slack, WhatsApp, or simple web form – your choice)
• Ready-to-use prompt templates for chiropractic content
• Examples:
– "Create an 800-word blog post about the benefits of chiropractic care for migraine relief, SEO-optimized, include CTA for my $47 posture e-book"
– "Write 5 Instagram carousel slides promoting my new 6-week online spinal-health program"
– "Generate a weekly email newsletter for my 2,000-patient list highlighting this month's digital product discount"
• Instructions on how to schedule or auto-distribute the content
• Cost-monitoring tips and how to stay under budget
30-minute training call (recorded)
2 weeks of post-delivery support
Required Skills & Experience
Proven AWS expertise (Lambda, Secrets Manager, IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway)
Strong OpenAI API experience (token optimization, system prompts, assistants API or function calling)
Security-first mindset (previous secure AI/bot projects)
Experience building content-automation tools is a big plus
Bonus: familiarity with healthcare/marketing content or Spanish-English bilingual output
Budget & Timeline
Fixed-price preferred. Please include your total quote, timeline (target 7–14 days), and a short plan in your proposal.
I will provide full current code and AWS access (via temporary IAM user) once we agree.
