Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Salt Lake City, Utah, and play a vital role in our daily logistics operations. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work, from inventory counts to order fulfillment. A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment is essential. This role requires the ability to perform regular Lifting, often involving heavy items, and adherence to proper techniques to prevent injury. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your safety while performing your duties. You will work closely with a team of dedicated individuals, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. We encourage proactive problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Understanding the importance of Safety in a warehouse setting is crucial, and you will be trained on all relevant procedures. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
- Perform Lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to Safety practices.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
