Role Description

The Production Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Trail, BC. This role involves performing day-to-day production tasks, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, maintaining production equipment, and performing preventive maintenance. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. The Production Technician will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong ability in Troubleshooting and identifying production issues effectively
• Excellent Communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Previous experience in manufacturing or clean technology industries is considered an asset
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus
