Overview
We are building a founder-first growth intelligence platform and a sister investment brand. We require a senior designer to translate strategic UX concepts into build-ready, high-performance digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Translate UX strategy decks into production-level UI designs (Figma)
Design interactive Founder Insight Experience flows
Create screen states, edge cases, microinteractions (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Collaborate with developer for interaction models between 2D UI overlays and 3D scenes
Define component systems and scalable design frameworks
Design responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Develop NDA-gated content experiences
Ensure premium, intelligent brand expression (no hype aesthetic)
Prepare handoff files (with annotated specs and responsive logic) for engineering
Must-Haves
5+ years experience in product / web design
Familiarity with 3D web constraints (camera, lighting, performance) for collaboration
Experience with interactive / data-driven interfaces
Strong Figma system design
Understanding of UX psychology and conversion
Ability to collaborate with developers (esp. / WebGL)
Experience designing AI or diagnostic-style tools preferred
Portfolio of high-end B2B or founder-facing platforms
Nice to Have
Motion design experience
Experience with Framer / Webflow
Financial / SaaS experience
Startup / founder ecosystem experience
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
Mandatory skills: UX & UI Design, web application design, design systems, Product Design, WebGL, Responsive Web Design, Developer collaboration, Figma, Interaction Design, User Flow
