Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant work experience equivalent to at least GS-7 grade level.

A career as a CBPO offers opportunities for advancement with promotions possible every 52 weeks after successful completion of each grade level. The position starts at Grade GS-5 but can progress up to GS-12 based on performance.
