Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber Automation testing and integration with CI/CD pipelines Programming experience with Java or Python Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Prior experience leading QA teams and coordinating with offshore teams Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA efforts and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Coordinate daily activities with offshore QA teams and provide guidance Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and QA metrics Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
