At Wpromote, we are on the lookout for an Associate Director of Data Analytics who possesses exceptional technical and interpersonal abilities, strong attention to detail, and a passion for learning innovative tools. In this pivotal role, you will lead various analytic projects, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMMs), Incrementality Testing, Customer Lifetime Value and Segmentation, Data Clean Rooms, and specialized data analysis initiatives. Your contributions will involve data mining, cleansing, processing, and analysis to extract actionable insights for media analytics projects. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will identify impactful improvements resulting from our operational efforts. A key responsibility in this position is to help scope end-to-end solutions, document processes and guidelines, and manage the delivery roadmap of insights that drive our clients’ marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in overseeing ongoing analytic tasks and suggesting enhancements for continuous improvement. A solid understanding or a keen interest in the leading business models that are transforming digital marketing is essential. You will also maintain existing analytical solutions while advancing your skills in advanced analytics, opening up greater responsibilities over time. The anticipated annual salary for this role ranges from $118,000 to $135,000, influenced by factors such as your unique skills, experience, education, and competitive benchmarks. Also included in the total compensation package are the aforementioned benefits and an annual performance bonus. This position includes an associated annual target bonus that depends on several factors: Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and eligibility requires being an active employee in good standing. While this role allows for flexibility in remote work, we maintain office hubs where you can engage in learning, collaboration, and fun events.
