Duties

• Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas, dining spaces, and service stations through regular cleaning routines.
• Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring serving stations are stocked and organized.
• Buss tables promptly during service hours to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food safety, handling, and sanitation protocols.
• Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage.
