Residential HVAC Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with HVAC/R systems, and the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design plans. A valid driver's license is required. Our main office is located in New Market but we offer company vehicles to take home after training and ready to be on their own. We are growing every year in Augusta County and do jobs in that area almost daily.

Duties

• Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment in residential settings and some light commercial settings
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for equipment repair and installation tasks
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints for proper system setup
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and building codes
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
• Requirements
• Looking for someone with 5 years of HVAC installation experience (would still be interested with less experience with conversation with management)
• Proven experience in construction, service technician roles, or related field service positions
• Mechanical aptitude with skills in equipment repair
• Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters
• Valid driver's license for transportation to job sites
• Experience with HVAC/R equipment repair and maintenance is preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
