Job Overview: Are you passionate about empowering business users and driving innovation? As a Solutions Architect for Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot, you will play a critical role in transforming business processes through scalable, user-friendly low-code solutions. This position allows you to champion the adoption of Power Platform and Copilot technologies, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Create guiding principles for application implementation decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications, procedures, and technical standards. Develop solutions to complex business requirements based on application needs. Identify dependencies and interactions between multiple systems and platforms. Research and evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions. Gather requirements from business users and stakeholders to translate needs into efficient, low-code solutions. Maintain application roadmaps, technical standards, and best practices for low-code governance. Mentor business users and citizen developers, encouraging Power Platform and Copilot adoption. Integrate emerging technologies to enhance business processes and productivity. Design interfaces and integrations to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Document all specifications, procedures, and technical standards. Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure high quality and compliance. Monitor solution performance and recommend optimizations for maximum business value. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 6 years of relevant experience (equivalent additional experience may substitute for a degree). Domestic and/or international travel may be required based on duties. Skills and Abilities: Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and Copilot technologies. Strong understanding of low-code development principles and governance. Skilled in collaborating with business users to create practical solutions. Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and cloud services. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to interface effectively with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills. Proactive and accountable in achieving results. Pay Range:
$101,150 - $176,987 Work Location:
