Duties

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and assisting with product inquiries
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash, credit, and mobile payments
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
• Assist with inventory management through stocking and merchandising tasks to keep the store inviting

Requirements

• Prior experience in cashiering or retail sales preferred
• Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cash handling and transactions
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding team members or managing shifts
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
