• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Assist with product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Upsell products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met.
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers using phone etiquette and clear verbal skills.

Experience

• Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or managing store operations.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Familiarity with grocery store environments or retail settings enhances your ability to excel in this role.
