We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service Management II to join our International Clearance Client Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
- Supports clients in addressing and resolving operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
- Applies problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
- Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
- Supports multiple client accounts.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in trade clearance in multiple markets, including DTC, FRB, Crest, Euroclear, Canada and more preferred.
- Written and oral communication skills to deliver high quality service.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
- Experience with Excel, Word, and Power Point preferred.
