Job Description
We are seeking a
Helpdesk Data Entry Analyst
to join tour growing team. This is a
full-time
contract position
focused on ensuring accurate and timely data entry while providing exceptional customer service to healthcare stakeholders. The role is
hybrid
and
located Indianapolis
.
What You'll Do
Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies, and internal users regarding system functionality
Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges in the immunization information system
Utilize data tools and matching algorithms to identify and correct data integrity issues
Document all support interactions in the ticketing system and maintain accurate logs
Provide guidance to users on best practices for data entry and record management
Assist in testing system updates and enhancements
What You'll Need
Required:
4.5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or healthcare support role
Familiarity with immunization information systems
Proficiency with deduplication tools, data matching, or record linkage techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
Experience working with state or local public health departments
Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy regulations
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other standards
Sedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional movement to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive computer tasks, including using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$23.35 per hour
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
