How You Will Make an Impact
* Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions * Build and maintain custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations * Drive Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions * Own code quality, technical documentation, and development standards * Identify opportunities to optimize performance, automation, and user experience
Are You an Experienced Salesforce Development SME Ready to Make an Impact?
* 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience * Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow Builder * Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud * Background leading Salesforce development initiatives or acting as technical owner * Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and tools * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required * Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
