Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Dispatcher located in Houston, TX. The position involves coordinating and dispatching service operations, managing schedules for service technicians, and ensuring efficient use of resources to meet customer needs. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for handling inbound service requests, organizing and prioritizing service calls, and maintaining ongoing communication with both customers and the team to ensure timely updates and resolutions. The role requires maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Dispatching and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Schedule return visits for technicians and plumbers.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and any incidents, via Service Titan.
• Monitor and Adjust Schedules: Monitor schedules closely and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands.
• Prior experience in a similar role or related field is a plus

Desired Skills and Experience

• 1-2+ years of experience in dispatching bonus
• Dispatching in the service industry is a bonus
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software Service Titan experience is a plus.
• The ability to multitask and work at a fast pace is key in this role
