You Are:
UST is searching for a Staffing Recruiter who will build and maintain warm talent pipelines for highdemand and evergreen roles.
The opportunity:
Utilize Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent.
Conduct initial outreach, nurture candidates, and deliver engaging, personalized candidate experience.
Provide recruiters and hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitive landscape data.
Track sourcing performance metrics and share recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit (experience, skills, interest level, compensation expectations).
Present qualified candidate profiles and summaries to recruiters/hiring managers.
Work closely with recruiters and HR partners to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Attend intake meetings, calibration discussions, and hiring team debriefs.
Maintain accurate and timely updates within the ATS/CRM.
Leverage sourcing tools and automation platforms to increase efficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut,).
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
7-10 years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductor, or advanced hardware environments.
Experience sourcing for technical roles such as optical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process development.
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing technique capabilities.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting high growth or complex organizations.
Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sourcing metrics.
Ability to provide market insights and talent availability recommendations to hiring teams.
Bachelor's Degree Required:Yes
Years of experience :7-10 years
Technical Skills :Required: Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing technique capabilities.
Strong experience sourcing for technical and/or business roles
Computer Skills :Required: Microsoft office suite

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $42,000-$63,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
