Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform month-end/quarter-end/year-end close duties including understanding of both income statement and balance sheet accounts and related review.

• Prepare annual budgets, and monthly and quarterly branch and segment forecasts, providing clear explanations for revenue variance to budget and Prior Year.

• Partner with branch leaders and finance leadership, proactively identifying trends in branch revenue and expenses and providing recommendations for improvement.

• Work closely with the FP&A Director to identify and build out new processes and improve the existing finance processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline required with a minimum of 3-5 years of finance experience with progressive responsibility in an FP&A function.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, demonstrating self-starter initiative.

• Financial management software skills such as JD Edwards, SAP, and expertise in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data out of data visualization software such as PowerBI.

• Advanced Excel and business modeling skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and knowledge of GAAP.
