Overview

We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and help drive better product decisions through a powerful combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation. This role is embedded within the product team and partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing to optimize product experiences and influence roadmap planning.

You will work on ambiguous, open-ended product problems and use data, experimentation, and strong product sense to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and recommend high-impact solutions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with the opportunity to build analytics foundations and evolve them over time.

A Little About Us:

Blip is a venture-backed, two-sided marketplace that enables on-demand access to digital billboards. Our platform allows advertisers to launch targeted campaigns directly to digital signs—anywhere, anytime—while providing supplemental income to thousands of media owners across the U.S. By democratizing access to DOOH, Blip empowers both brands and operators with flexible, data-driven solutions.

Adkom, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blip, is one of the largest national out-of-home (OOH) media operators. Adkom unifies fragmented OOH inventory by aggregating independent media providers into a single, streamlined buying experience. This allows national advertisers to achieve scalable, coast-to-coast reach through a simplified, consolidated solution.

Our culture:

  • We obsess over delivering a superior customer value
  • We take full ownership of delivering that value
  • We dive deep into data without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
  • We work well together, but challenge each other respectfully and using data/logic
  • We hold ourselves and our teams accountable to deliver results
  • We are always curious about why things are done a certain way and continue to challenge ourselves and the status quo.

What You'll Do

Analytics & Insights

  • Perform quantitative analysis on complex datasets to draw actionable insights that inform product decisions
  • Conduct exploratory analyses with minimal direction to answer open-ended questions and uncover new opportunities
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and trends using SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Metrics & Measurement

  • Define, standardize, and evolve product metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
  • Build dashboards and self-service reporting that surface product health, user engagement, and business impact

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B experiments, including hypothesis definition, test setup, analysis, and feature readouts
  • Assess the impact of new product experiences, identify friction points, and recommend optimizations that drive measurable improvements in user experience and business outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to evaluate feature performance and user experience
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to incorporate customer insights and measure cross-functional initiatives
  • Act as a trusted analytics and product partner across teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude (or similar tools like Mixpanel, Heap, GA)
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis with a focus on driving actionable insights
  • Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and experimentation
  • Strong product sense and intuition, with the ability to think holistically about user experience and product impact
  • Proven ability to perform exploratory analysis independently in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Preferred experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Preferred familiarity with statistical methods and experimentation frameworks
  • Preferred experience influencing product decisions and roadmap priorities through insights
