*Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Coordinate schedule/needs/materials with Operations Leader.
* Recognize delays/issues and communicate with Operations Leader.
* On-the-job training of Apprentice.
* Follow a set of plans, making sure to have the correct set of plans.
* Keep the job site clean and organized.
* Layout and rough-in on the job from start to finish.
* Maintain a safe work environment.
* Responsible for maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of vehicles.
* Responsible Quality Control of all aspects of the installation.
* Follow contracted scope of work.
* Complete projects on time and within budget.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Wyoming Journeyman's License, Idaho License a Plus.
* Boiler experience a plus.
* (Required) Driver's License with clean driving record.
* High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
*Required Knowledge of:*
* Understanding of and Ability to Plumb to IPC Plumbing Code.
* Ability to use a wide variety of plumbing tools and techniques.
* Interpreting applying building plans to spec.
* Maintain and Establish cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other subcontractors.
* Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
* Knowledge of Hydronic systems and installation is a plus.
*Physical Demands/Work Environment:*
* Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
* Ability to climb ladders and/or scaffolding.
* Kneel, Stoop, Crouch, or Crawl for long periods of time.
* Fine motor skills.
* Work with different types of plumbing chemicals.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
