What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 for data center builds and fiber infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and progress updates
• Translate complex scopes of work into detailed work breakdown structures and logic-driven schedules
• Identify critical paths, schedule risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Produce schedule reports including look-ahead, resource analysis, and delay impact assessments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 for complex infrastructure or construction projects
• Direct experience scheduling fiber optic installations and data center MEP work
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and critical path scheduling
• Familiarity with permitting timelines and resource leveling
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and experience with project documentation tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, telecommunications, or a related field
• Familiarity with BICSI, TIA/EIA standards, or similar data infrastructure guidelines
• Understanding of data center commissioning and testing phases
• Previous experience in fast-track or hyperscale data center environments
