Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Roofing Consultant/Inspector. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting roof inspections, providing detailed assessments, and recommending roofing solutions tailored to customers' needs. The consultant will work closely with customers, providing transparent guidance and ensuring the highest level of service. This position involves engaging with homeowners to explain roofing options, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with the installation team for efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Roofing, Carpentry, and Waterproofing
• Proficiency in Working at Height and Insulation techniques
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to assess roofing structures and identify maintenance or replacement needs
• Understanding of safety standards and protocols
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; additional training or certification in a related field is beneficial
