Residential Junior Maintenance Technician

Northpoint Asset Management is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Junior Maintenance Technician to support our Denver portfolio. This role focuses on vacancy inspections, light maintenance work, field administration, and ensuring homes are prepared and ready for marketing. It's an excellent opportunity for someone handy, organized, and eager to grow into more advanced maintenance responsibilities.
Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved work-related travel.

What You'll Do

• Perform vacancy inspections and accurately document property conditions
• Support make-ready efforts by helping prepare homes for new residents
• Complete simple home maintenance tasks, such as tightening hardware, replacing bulbs, patching small holes, and minor plumbing fixes
• Change locks, rekey, and install lockboxes as needed
• Assist with HVAC filter changes and other routine preventive tasks
• Help build repair scopes by identifying issues and noting materials needed
• Handle handyman-style repairs to keep homes rent-ready
• Communicate updates clearly with supervisors and property managers
• Maintain clean, organized records of completed work
• Ensure vacant properties are secure, safe, and ready for marketing
