We are seeking a *10+ years* highly experienced and strategic Agile Coach to lead and facilitate Agile transformation initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including *SAFe, Kanban, LeSS and Scrum*, and have extensive experience in enterprise software development environments. This role involves guiding teams through *Agile best practices,* fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring effective implementation of Agile frameworks across multiple projects. The *Agile Coach* will also collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project delivery, *enhance team performance*, and align *Agile practices* with organizational goals.
*Requirements*:
* *10+ years* *comprehensive *& proven expertise & exp as an *Agile Coach *or *Scrum Master* in enterprise software ENV with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks & methodologies like *Scrum, SAFe, Kanban *& *LeSS* & their practical applications.
* Strong systems thinking and ability to *navigate complex organizational structures*.
* Deep understanding of technical practices, including *CI/CD pipelines*, automated testing, and *DevOps*.
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Proven ability to *inspire *and *motivate *teams.
* Extensive knowledge of *project management*.
* Demonstrated *leadership *capabilities with excellent *communication skills*;
* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques is required.
* Knowledge of software development practices.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Certifications such as Certified *ScrumMaster (CSM)*, *SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)*, or *PMP *are highly *desirable*.
*Preferred Experience:*
* Experience *transitioning *teams or organizations from *traditional *methodologies *to* *Agile *frameworks.
* Knowledge of *Lean Portfolio Management* & *product-centric* practices.
* Understanding of organizational behavior and *change management* principles.
* Proven *track record* of fostering *continuous learning & improvement* within teams.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Expertise in metrics-driven coaching, leveraging
* Agile metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
* Experience with organizational behavior and *change management* principles.
* Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric ways of working.
* Passion for mentoring teams on technical excellence, such as *test-driven development (TDD) *and *paired programming*.
* Strong emphasis on *continuous learning* and professional development.
* As an Agile Coach Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting CLIENT's-*IT’s Agile transformation journey*, focusing on *coaching *teams and *fostering collaboration*.

* This position emphasizes coaching and collaboration without direct managerial responsibilities, aligning with the broader organizational strategy set by

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.21 - $60.18 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
