Precast Concrete Erector

EnCon Field Services is a leading erector of the commercial construction industry's precast concrete products. We are actively hiring Field Welders / Erectors from the Denver and surrounding metro area to join our team. If you're an experienced Field Welder or Erecting and looking to expand your career in the field, we encourage you to apply today

What you'll do:

• Back-up welding of metal embed plates
• Assist with the erection of the precast concrete components
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized job site
• Collaborate with team members and report to site Foreman/Super

What We're Looking For:

• Welding education and/or at least 1 year of field/jobsite welding experience
• Proficient in SMAW 7018 1/8 2G-3G &4G, ANSI/AWS D1.1 / D1.1M
• D1.1 AWS welding cert highly preferred
• Applicants must take and pass an in-house weld test
• Ability to read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints
• Must pass a post-offer drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel and stay out of town as needed for projects.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with safety as the top priority
• Work at heights and in varying (sometimes extreme) weather conditions
• physical requirements (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to obtain forklift, man lift, and fall protection certification

Pay & Benefits:

Starting Wage: $20-$31/hour + (Based on Experience)
