Juice Barista

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment to meet food safety standards.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
• Ensure that all food service items are stocked and presented attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and food safety practices is desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
