We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative with a Sales Focus to join our Miami-based team This is an in-person role where you'll represent leading nonprofit partners at local pop-up events, combining customer engagement with direct sales responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with the public at community and retail events
• Promote and represent nonprofit organizations, clearly communicating their mission and services
• Drive interest and encourage sign-ups or contribution

• Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Act as a key on-site representative and assist with event logistics
• Participate in daily team briefings and help foster a positive, energetic environment

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
