Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to be a key part of delivering high-quality seafood products? We're looking for an enthusiastic Production Team Member to join our growing team during the Holiday Season In this role, you will be directly involved in the creation and packaging of our popular seafood meal kits and retail seafood products.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Production Team Member - Seasonal Support
• Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) during Holiday Season
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Location: Alaskan Seafood Guys - Billings, MT Location
• Compensation: $ $18.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Meal Kit Assembly: Accurately assemble and prepare components for our signature seafood meal kits, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Seafood Processing & Packaging: Weigh, label, and package various seafood products for retail sale according to strict quality and food safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively and efficiently with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic production equipment (e.g., scales, sealing machines, etc.) after receiving proper training.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, adhering to all company and regulatory food safety and hygiene protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliability: A strong commitment to being on time and maintaining consistent attendance.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to follow recipes, packaging specifications, and instructions precisely.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs. as needed.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment (standard for seafood handling).
• Experience: Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
