Finance Lead

Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-potential finance professional with 5-7 years of experience to support our
FAA Part 145-certified Aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)
business. This role will partner closely with the CFO, VP/General Manager, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to provide robust financial insight into repair programs for commercial aerospace
engine accessories
.

This hands-on role will broadly encompass both the preparation and review of financial accounting and management reporting. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the daily accounting operations, assisting in month-end close processes, and providing insights for financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Operational Support:

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial modeling for MRO revenue, direct labor, overhead, and gross margin
• Track cost and profit performance by
  ATA chapter

• Partner with the VP/GM to monitor
  repair turn time

• Prepare and review monthly / quarterly operating company level financials
