ABA Therapist in Emerson

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of prior ABA experience. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA strategies and techniques during therapy sessions with clients.
• Monitor and document client progress, including data collection.
• Communicate with families, caregivers and other team members effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience working in ABA with children with Autism (1 year or more)
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with ABA terms and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
