is partnering with a well-known, Fortune 500 client to hire a
Regional Facilities Director.
This director will lead facilities operations, events, and workplace experience across a high-profile portfolio including New York, Los Angeles, and Boston.

Compensation:
$125,000 - $150,000 annually + bonus

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a regional facilities team: hiring, coaching, performance management, and accountability
• Oversee commercial property management, CAM charges, maintenance costs, and vendor relationships
• Own delivery of large-scale, high-visibility events for senior executives and A-list guests
• Drive and report on KPIs, service excellence, and continuous process improvements
• Partner with landlords, property managers, and internal leadership to exceed client expectations
• Identify cost savings, operational efficiencies, and scalable innovations

What You'll Need (Non-Negotiables)

• Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of facilities management experience
• Strong background in commercial property management & CAM
• Proven experience supporting high-profile meetings & events
• Ability to set expectations, lead teams, and hold them accountable
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
