Full Time Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess excellent communication skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings to effectively demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
• Conduct tours and establish value of our facility.
• Must be willing to go out and prospect and generate your own leads
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently.
• Ensure the gym is maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate sales strategies and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or grocery store environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone.
• Ability to supervise staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
• Experience with product demonstrations is a plus but not required.

This is a production based position. Their is commission incentive on top of base pay.
