Warehouse Personnel

SUMMARY

Perform all aspects of Customer Order Fulfillment, receive materials into warehouse, stock shelves, verify inventory, process orders of specific materials, packages and ship to AIM MRO customers. Maintain a clean and orderly working environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) Operate Fork truck (must be certified to operate)

Load and unload trucks

Verify incoming & outgoing product is not damaged

Verify correct and proper paperwork (GRV, Pull ticket, vendor shipping documents, etc)

Perform Inventory

Process customer orders

Perform part dimensional inspection as required

Document non-conforming material (non-conformance reports)

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to USE measuring devices, enter data into a computer, count, and lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

High School graduate or GED. Previous experience recommended in warehouse operations or quality control functions, but not required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Have the ability to perform basic math functions and work out mathematical concepts such as metric conversion.

REASONING ABILITY

The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. The ability to enter data with minimum mistakes and perform in a timely manner.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel; climb or balance; talk and hear; regularly lift and carry 50-pound boxes. There are rare times when lifting and carrying 80 pounds is possible. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
