Car Sales Executive – Pre-Owned Dealership (100+ Unit Inventory)

What We're Looking For

• Strong closers with a proven ability to convert
• Highly motivated self-starters who show up ready to win
• Professional, well-spoken, and reliable
• Efficient with time, follow-ups, and managing their pipeline
• Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but high-caliber sales talent from other industries will be considered

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, build rapport, and guide them through the buying process
• Conduct test drives and present vehicles confidently
• Manage leads effectively using our CRM
• Follow up with prospects and past customers
• Work with management to structure strong, win-win deals
• Maintain professionalism on the lot and in the showroom

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with an aggressive, accelerated pay structure designed for top producers. The more you close, the more you earn—no caps, no limits.
