Long-Term Substitute Occupational Therapist Job Title: Long-Term Substitute Occupational TherapistLocation): Boston, On-sitePosition Type: Full-Time Temporary (January February 2026 with possible extension through end of school year) Summary of position: The Baker Center for Children and Families (also known as Judge Baker Children's Center), promotes the best possible mental health of children and families through the integration of research, intervention, training, and policy. The Long-Term Substitute Occupational Therapist (OT) provides individualized treatment and leads small classroom-based groups for students with social emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. The Long-Term Substitute Occupational Therapist delivers trauma informed care through direct interventions in self-regulation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, executive functioning, and self-care to maximize student participation in academic and daily activities. The Long-Term Substitute Occupational Therapist maintains a small caseload and works as part of a dedicated OT Department.
