About the Role

AiGenius is seeking a Senior IAM Administrator to serve as the subject matter expert responsible for managing and advancing enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. This role supports a major enterprise environment with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory.

The Senior IAM Administrator will architect, implement, and manage authentication, authorization, and identity governance solutions while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for IAM systems including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory
• Develop automation using PowerShell to support IAM operations
• Create, document, and implement IAM processes including:
• Troubleshooting & helpdesk escalation workflows
• Capacity planning (utilization, availability, growth trends)
• IAM design, configuration, and standards
• LDAP configuration and support
• IAM integration and workflow policies
• Authentication and authorization strategies
• Maintain detailed IAM documentation, diagrams, and process workflows
• Perform advanced incident triage, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, and Infrastructure
• Implement and maintain IAM solutions across enterprise applications
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and access requests based on system and business requirements
• Identify process improvements and optimize IAM implementation activities
• Support directory services including Entra ID, AD, ADFS, and related authentication technologies
• Develop and maintain IAM governance standards, policies, and procedures
• Support compliance initiatives, including audit preparation and security assessments
• Provide enterprise production support for IAM solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in IAM, identity governance, and access management
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Okta
• Active Directory
• Azure AD Connect
• Proven ability to design, implement, and support enterprise identity platforms
• Strong experience with:
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and modern authentication methods
• Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Zero Trust identity models
• Active Directory, Group Policies, domain trusts, and OU structure management
• SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, RADIUS, Kerberos
• Experience with IAM API integrations and SaaS identity workflows
• Understanding of enterprise networking and security protocols
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Desired Technical Skills

• Deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID architecture, configuration, and governance
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta Identity Engine
• Expert-level PowerShell automation for IAM workflows
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms
• Windows Server administration (AD DS, DNS, Group Policy, certificates)
• Authentication & Authorization standards: SAML, OAuth, OIDC
• Experience with hybrid identity architectures
• SIEM/SOAR tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk preferred)
• Experience supporting IAM in compliance frameworks:
• CMMC
• NIST
• FedRAMP
• Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust identity security principles

Pay: $110, $150,000.00 per year
