We are seeking an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, managing inventory, receiving and stocking merchandise, and preparing shipments for transit. You will utilize warehouse equipment and systems to optimize workflow and maintain efficiency. This role demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment. Physical stamina is important, as the position involves frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs, standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods. A strong commitment to safety is essential; you will be required to wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow all safety guidelines meticulously. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a team setting. Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations is a significant advantage.
