Thoroughbred Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our centralized accounting operations for our growing portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working across multiple properties, and having hands-on impact in payroll processing, bookkeeping, AP/AR, and financial performance review.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hotel and restaurant teams.
• Review timecards, audits, and approvals for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and support HR with payroll-related inquiries.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Enter invoices, code expenses, and ensure timely processing of AP.
• Monitor AR aging, post payments, follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Bookkeeping & Month-End Support

• Reconcile
