Student Placement Programme Are you looking to gain great commercial exposure and 12 months' practical experience that will help you secure a career opportunity when you complete your degree? Then we might be the business for you! All of our 12-month Student Placements are based at our Birmingham head office and will involve real, practical work. Often this will include specific projects that add value to our business as well as allowing you to showcase your talents. There is a strong focus on analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with all our placements requiring these two key attributes as well as the ability to communicate with internal teams and other partner organisations. Many of the students that join us often return to join our Graduate Programme as a direct entrant once they complete their degree.
Digital Content Marketing Assistant – Marketing Team In this role you will assist the CrossCountry marketing team in the day‑to‑day support of our digital channels, as well as supporting the Digital & CRM manager in the escalation of new projects. You will build relationships across a large business with varying requirements for content. You will need to be very well organised and an advocate of process‑driven working and be able to work to deadlines and have a keen eye for detail. A basic understanding of HTML would be desirable but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day support for digital channels.
Support the Digital & CRM manager in escalating new projects.
Build relationships across the business to meet content requirements.
Maintain process‑driven workflow and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with internal teams and partner organisations.
Organised, detail‑oriented and process‑driven.
Basic understanding of HTML desirable.
Start date: Monday 6th July 2026. End date: Friday 17th July 2027.
Salary: £20,084.
