The ideal candidate will have knowledge of best practice for quality delivery of care and patient safety in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and Mother Baby units. Will possess knowledgeable resource to staff, the ability to lead and communicate appropriately with physicians, other department managers, and staff are essential.
Under general direction, and in accordance with the State of California Nurse Practice Act, and the goals, objectives and strategic plan of the organization, to provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise personnel; to manage, report on, and provide resources for NICU and Mother Baby units; and to perform related work as required.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, from an accredited college or university.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 4 years of Supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital.
- Experience in NICU, Post Partum and Newborn Nursery.
