About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
D365 FSCM Solution Architect
with strong functional and architectural expertise in
Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail/Commerce
. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, guide cross-functional teams, and drive delivery excellence across global implementations.

This is a strategic role for someone who loves solving complex business problems and shaping enterprise-scale D365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design across D365 FSCM, with emphasis on
  Retail/Commerce
  processes.
• Drive end-to-end implementation cycles—requirements, fit-gap, design, configuration, UAT, and deployment.
• Translate business needs into scalable, integrated D365 solutions.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Define and govern best practices, solution design standards, and architectural documentation.
• Work on multi-entity/global implementations and template rollouts.
• Support pre-sales activities such as estimations, solution demos, and technical validations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to functional consultants.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years
  of experience with Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Supply Chain.
• Proven expertise as a
  Solution Architect
  in D365 FSCM.
• Strong experience in
  Retail/Commerce
  modules (mandatory).
• Deep functional knowledge of 3+ areas:
• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory / WMS
• Sales & Distribution
• Hands-on experience with integrations, dual-write, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global rollouts and multi-country deployments.
