Do you have experience in Account Management and working within a sales environment Would you like to work for a national company which makes a difference to the environment If so, this role may be for you! Attention to details and understanding a sales process is key, alongside the ability to communicate well with others, building a good rapport and business relationships. Duties and responsibilities: Deal with all inbound enquiries that are emailed to the business and follow up to confirm information Follow up on all leads and pass to sales team Support Telesales team inputting information into CRM to generate a quote Help generate new business sales from existing clients and potential new clients whilst providing first class customer service Online customer webchat support Account manage regular long-standing accounts Work alongside Marketing, Tendering and Telesales to coordinate leads and sales
Experience and Skills: Previous Experience in Account Management or B2B New Business. Effective verbal and written communication skills including telephone, webchat and email. Results-driven nature Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective organisational skills
Salary and Working Hours: £27,450 Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
