We are seeking enthusiastic Order Pickers to join our growing logistics facility in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be an integral part of our distribution process, responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. Your daily tasks will include reading pick lists or using scanning devices to locate and retrieve items from various warehouse locations. The ability to work efficiently and accurately is paramount to meet order fulfillment demands. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse logistics and a commitment to maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy. You will also be responsible for ensuring picked items are ready for the next stage of the fulfillment cycle, whether that's moving them to a packing station or staging area. Safety is a core value in our operation. All employees are required to strictly follow safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical activity, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting of products up to 50 lbs. We are looking for motivated individuals who are reliable, possess a positive attitude, and can work effectively in a team environment.
